Life Sciences Co-ordinator

As a Life Sciences Co-ordinator, you will focus on early and mid-stage business development in Life Sciences, encompassing work across clinical trials and testing and diagnostics, whilst working in partnership with relevant internal and external teams to ensure the proposition is fit for purpose, and can be delivered in a commercially viable way, whilst delivering tangible Health Outcomes. The role will provide a mix of business development, administration and research.

About the role

• Coordinate business development meetings with external and internal stakeholders, including preparing pre-reads, agenda creation, meeting outputs and next steps
• Coordinate insights from multiple sources in Healthcare and Life Sciences, to help inform various business development initiatives
• Co-ordinate Life Sciences initiatives through governance milestones e.g. Healthcare Development Pipeline
• Coordinate Boots responses to commercial and research opportunities within the Life Sciences Sector
• Support with partner onboarding, setup and invoicing

What you’ll need to have

• Excellent verbal and written English Language communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• Curious and self-motivated to learn
• Collaborative and agile ways of working that focus on performance and outcomes

It would be great if you also have

• Experience in a Health or Life Sciences setting
