Sitting within the Customer Marketing Operations Team, you’ll be responsible for building and delivering a multi-channel CRM campaign.

Working as part of the Customer Marketing Operations team, you will be responsible for multi-channel communications (Email, Push, In-app messages, Inbox etc). You will have the opportunity to work with numerous stakeholders across the business as well as external vendors on exciting and cutting-edge technologies and play an integral part of implementing these in the day-to-day work. You will develop expertise in the digital marketing journey, with full access to our digital marketing training programme, building excellent foundations for career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with design and marketing to turn creative ideas into HTML for email and app.

• Building & testing custom emails within Adobe Marketing Cloud platforms

• Working with Loyalty & Data teams to continually develop our customer communications via email and app.

• Working with internal & external vendors to build and test new capabilities and tools.

• Working efficiently and at pace to meet short deadlines.

What you’ll need to have:

• Excellent practical knowledge of HTML and CSS.

• Comfortable using JavaScript and code editors.

• Experience in creating responsive layouts and web design.

• Experience working with an email campaign management platform.

• A keen interest in digital marketing and marketing technology tools.
