We have a new and exciting opportunity available to join the Pharmacy Operations Development team as a Pharmacy Growth – Test and Learn Project Team Member!

Reporting to the Pharmacy Growth – Test and Learn Store Project Manager, the Pharmacy Growth – Test and Learn Project Team Member will be a part of the project team, supporting the Pharmacy Growth programme to assess the impact of a number of exciting new processes, which will radically change the customer offer. This will include supporting in store colleagues and the wider Healthcare, Pharmacy and field teams, collecting data and adjusting guidance.

This role is a great opportunity to be part of a newly established project team, that will test and learn a series of operational changes, and monitor the impact on customer satisfaction and experience. You will be able to demonstrate your wide range of skills to a broad set of stakeholders, that could lead to further career development opportunities. About the role

• Support the development of processes and guidance to rapidly test new customer offers
• Work closely with the store team to ensure processes are followed accurately and data is collected
• Contribute to the creation of guidance is written, store team is trained and new processes are followed
• Work in store to collect quality data and analyse to provide insight
• Respond to store and customer feedback to adjust processes dynamically
• Make recommendations to ensure processes can be improved and subsequently scaled across the network

What you’ll need to have

• Recent experience of working in Boots Pharmacy
• An energetic person who thrives in a dynamic environment
• Understanding of operational processes and collecting data
• Can analyse operational processes and suggest improvement solutions
• Interpret operational requirements and present information clearly
