Welcome to our Falkirk store! Here we are looking to expand our team of 15 which includes 1 CLO, 2 Resident Optoms and 1 Pre Reg with a full time Mobile Optometrist which will cover;
• Stirling
• Edinburgh Fort
• Craigleith
• Dunfermline
• Kirkcaldy

We offer one in four weekends off - typically 3/4 weeks would involve one day working across the weekend. 4 days midweek

Here we have 3testing rooms equipped with OCT and Phoropters with 30minute testing time.

Our Clinic times run from 9-5.30pm Monday - Saturday and 11-5pm on Sunday's

Transport;
Train stations both within walking distance to the practice - Falkirk High and Grahamston
Discounted onsite parking available upon application to shopping centre for employees. Other local on street free parking close by

About the role

As an Optometrist with us you'll be providing excellent customer and patient care. Working alongside the Practice Manager, Optical Teams and Clinical Governance Optometrists. You’ll create a culture where everyone is passionate about doing the right thing.

  • Using your passion for delivering patient care you'll work with colleagues to deliver a positive customer journey.
  • Bringing your vibrant personality into the day to day running of the practice – working with your colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Building longstanding relationships – not only with colleagues and customers but with healthcare professionals in the local community

What you’ll need to have
  • Fully qualified / soon to be GOC registered Optometrist
  • Additional registration with the relevant NHS body
  • Fluent speaking English
  • Passion for patient care
