As a Digital Client Lead, you’ll be leading a new creative production project and be the interface between the digital experience team, agencies and brands. You will own the relationships, implement new processes, and ensure the project runs smoothly from pilot to roll-out.

You’ll be a guardian of the Boots digital experience and ensure we are delivering right first time, on-brand, market-leading, customer focused experiences on our website. You’ll join a dynamic team, who push boundaries, and enjoy working in a challenging fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Be the key client contact and manage the relationship, compliance and approvals between Boots digital teams, external brands and agencies
  • Manage the end to end production lifecycle from brief through design creation, build, testing, compliance, quality control, final page approvals and publishing to live
  • Be the gatekeeper for all creative assets delivered through the project to ensure they comply with Boots Visual Identity brand guidelines, Digital design language and templates
  • Lead the development of new processes and ways of working with stakeholders across the boots.com website and third-party systems
  • Monitor the performance and success of the project, report back regularly to stakeholders, and make recommendations for roll-out

What you’ll need to have
  • Proven work experience gained in a design, digital or marketing agency
  • Degree level education or work in similar field
  • Proven use of project management methodologies to deliver quality results on time
  • Passionate about producing great creative communications for customers
  • Strong stakeholder management - collaborative, yet able to hold the line
  • Smart, friendly, pro-active, and objective focused, always keeping the customer in mind
