About the role

As a Supply assistant you will:
  • Provide full administrative support to the Supply Team
  • Deal with suppliers and the warehouse on a daily basis, track sales, place orders and support NPD and Promotions in our stores and on our website
  • Part of your role will also include maintaining our system data

What you’ll need to have
  • Good practical experience in a senior administrative environment
  • You’ll need excellent communication to manage multiple stakeholders
  • A high concern for order and quality and the ability to work to timescales
  • You’ll need great literacy and numeracy
  • It would be great if you also have
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • A flexible approach
  • A retail or warehouse background
