We are now recruiting Liz Earle Counter Manager for our Galway, Shop Street store.We are looking for candidates to join us from as soon as possible, and who can be flexible to meet our customers’ needs.Your basic hours will be 30 per week, and your anticipated days of work will be Monday to Saturday, with one Saturday off per month.You will cover AM, PM and evening shifts which will include weekends.The anticipated shift patterns will be discussed at interview stage.

During your 12 week on-counter onboarding you’ll be provided with the tools and knowledge in all things Liz Earle, enabling you to confidently deliver our Service Model, share your product knowledge and to ensure a truly engaging experience for each and every customer. In return we look for retail experts with a track record of commercial success (targets & KPIs) with proven leadership skills, ideally within beauty or other premium retail. You will be customer focused, analytical, nurturing and passionate always living up to our Precious Recipe −
