About the role
As a Partnership, Insights and Delivery Manager you will embed and maintain engagement of an industry-leading global insights platform within our UK internal business
This is differentiated by the incredible wealth of data we receive from our 17 million active Advantage Card holders and will transform our business and the way we collaborate with our suppliers. However, this is just the starting point for a high profile and multi-year project as you will play a key role in supporting the vision and development strategy.

A focus on development across the wider Insights and Trading teams will provide opportunities and support for considerable personal growth and progression.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead the external partnership relationship from a UK Embedding/Engagement standpoint including teams based onsite and offsite
Lead engagement with internal senior stakeholders by promoting the use of insights, and in particular the platform, to shape and steer data-driven commercial decisions
Lead the delivery of an insight programme and the overall embedding and engagement plan for UK internal users acting as figurehead to increase usage and adoption and continuing to shape/drive our plans going forward ensuring that the needs of users are kept front of mind
Act as a consult for the platform working with a mixture of stakeholders including the internal user base to consolidate viewpoints (feedback and requirements) to influence thinking of future phases to ensure their needs are met and business questions answered
Work with a broad range of stakeholders and experts across the agency and our teams to gather specifications, prioritise, align resource and ensure delivery
Manage platform enhancement and analytics budget
Hybrid working - 3 days in office, 2 days from home

What you’ll need to have
Experience of working with large datasets relating to customer or market data, and can demonstrate where and how you have mined insights from these
Previous experience of working with a global insights programme
Outstanding communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work at pace, managing multiple activities simultaneously with a proven ability in decision-making
Plan for, set, and meet business critical deadlines
It would be great if you also have
Experience in either project or programme management, from end to end, in a retail or consumer goods business
Previous work history demonstrating awareness of data governance and GDPR
Great stakeholder management skills - on all levels
Ability to take complex situations, identify the core issues which need addressing and achieve their resolution with an awareness of data quality
