As a New Stores and Interventions Project Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for
- Delivering IT hardware, network infrastructure and software systems to new Boots stores, relocations, closures and major refits following business strategy
- Manage project budgets and finances, taking financial stewardship to deliver on time and on budget
- Communicate regularly with core stakeholders and maintaining expectations
- Champion innovation, embracing new initiatives and technology to help shape deliver excellence
- Putting our stores first, protecting our key business processes and minimising business disruption helping the business operate at their very best

What you’ll need to have
- Stakeholder management skills - setting expectations
- Ability to work independently and proactively under pressure
- You'll be a quick thinker, managing priorties in line with sensitive business needs
- Experience in communicating at all levels
- Comfortable with travel twice a month to store sites
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders, managing internal, external and third-party relationships
- Ability to multitask and foster cross-team collaboration
- Have a good working knowledge of store operations, IT infrastructure and stock management
- Comfortable producing reports, status updates and documentation on project stage and progress
- Has the ability to work across team boundaries to reduce complexity or confusion
- Maintains a broad understanding of the commercial environment, how the organisation sources, deploys and manages external partners and when it is appropriate to use in-house resources
