Technical Administrator – Skincare
Secondment / Fixed Term Contract until October 2023

Full time Technical Administrator role working a 37.5hr week based in the Nottingham Support Office with hybrid working opportunities.

About the opportunity

As Technical Administrator, you work in a team of Formulation & Product Technologists and Formulation Technicians to support the delivery portfolio of finished product solutions by ensuring that all technical documentation is available, in the right place at the right time, to ensure product information is available to support clinical and innovation boards.

Typically accountable for technical documentation compliance in line with WBA policies and procedures.

  • Responsible for supporting the formulation activities on the 3YR NPD, EPD and PLM plan against the consumer, category, and brand requirements.
  • Responsible for collating data using excel, word and industry recognised databases.
  • Accountable for quality of data and accuracy.
  • Supporting the team with general administration activities.
  • Responsible for organising meetings for the technical team and taking meeting notes

About you
  • You will be organised and comfortable with data management
  • You will have experience of working with a range of IT packages including Excel
  • You will have good communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • You will be happy to challenge ways of working and see to improve efficiencies
