Global Customer Experience and Brand Manager - No7

As Global Customer Experience and Brand Manager for No 7 you are responsible for leading the customer experience strategy and growth plans for the brand and championing how Pro Derm Scan and future CX initiatives show up across our markets and retailers, transforming how No7 connects with it’s customers.

The role is incredibly dynamic and requires an enthusiastic marketeer to take the reigns. No7 aims to harness cutting-edge science to rival luxury beauty for the benefit of everyone out there. This role will be responsible for all customer experience development.

About the opportunity

The role sits within the No 7 Global Marketing Skincare Brand Team and reports in to the Senior Global Marketing Manager.

• Accountable for the development of the Global Customer Experience Strategy including all future CX initiatives
• Accountable for the development of the Global Strategy for the Pro Derm Scan service including future roadmap
• Accountable for the development and delivery of the Global roll out programme for the service
• Work collaboratively with the Product Owner to evolve the customer journey based on key quantitative and qualitative data points
• Lead monthly steering sessions to engage key stakeholders with delivery and timings
• Work collaboratively with Global Brand Managers on development and delivery of global brand assets and campaign materials relating to Pro Derm Scan & other CX services

About you

Our ideal candidate would have experience in brand management and also digital engagement to be able to lead the roll out of our digital face scanning device; Pro Derm Scan plus development of new initiatives. Some technical understanding is ideal but not mandatory.

• Demonstrate brand thought leadership, showcasing the ability to use data to build a strong strategy to deliver growth
• A full and comprehensive knowledge of the digital content and engagement marketing mix – especially developing content and conversion plans
• Proven ability to develop thorough understanding of customer data points and consumer behaviour
• Proven ability to develop global brand assets
• Ability to work closely and productively with internal partners and external agencies
• Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders
• Excellent communicator at all levels and across all business functions
