Supply Chain Operations Assistant – Gift.

About the opportunity

This Job Share Role will be working within the Supply Chain Gift Team supporting Gift Planners and the Gift Supply Chain Manager.

• Process SAP Transactions to reflect Gift Assemblers’ inbound and outbound activity.
• Update and track Finished Goods Stock Movements.
• Place POs for Gift Assembly requirements.
• Investigate and update inventory discrepancies. Highlight and track unresolved issues.
• Update KPI data including Gift Packing data and Production Volumes.

About you

• Knowledge of SAP
• Good Excel skills
• Attention to Detail
• Ability to work Independently and to Deadlines
• Supply Chain Experience
