International Service Delivery Manager – Order to Cash (Boots No.7 Company)

12 month FTC

We’re looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager who’s experienced in SAP/SAGE and SOX compliance and has a thorough understanding of finance transactions, specifically ‘Order to Cash’.

The role forms part of Enterprise Finance Services (EFS) who’s role is to operationally manage our outsource strategic partner and will report to the Order to Cash Tower Lead. The role will be working in close partnership with our outsource partner, other EFS teams, finance teams and cross functional and divisional management.

About the opportunity

• Ensuring service performance and service levels are maintained and continually improved, and that any problems with the day-to-day delivery of services are minimized.
• Quickly resolving requests, identifying the internal customers pain points, and finding new opportunities to add value to the WBA businesses and delivers consistent, positive operational results with the best balance of investment and efficiency.
• Supporting the performance management framework for managing, tracking, and reporting the Global Shared Service progress in achieving its strategic objectives through key performance indicators.
• Improvement management framework for identifying and evaluating opportunities for improvements and monitoring progress.
• Supporting and delivering of compliance with accounting principles, SOPs, applicable government regulations and adhere with company policies. Oversees audits to ensure compliance with contracts, terms, and regulations and makes certain necessary steps are taken to resolve issues.

About you

• Extensive knowledge of local ERP systems (SAP, SAGE) experience at least 2 years
• Experience in accounting operations or shared services roles of a growing global company
• Agile learner taking accountability for developing and delivering a serviced based approach with internal customers and the outsourcing provider.
• Good understanding of Service Management and passion for continuous improvement
• Strong understanding of best practices/delivery models when working with external partners.
• Delivery management experience and track record in successful client relationship management.
• Proven ability to support and effectively implement policies, procedures and controls.
