Our advisors are at the heart of our brand. Our biggest growth potential is in the experience advisors create for customers, sharing more of our fantastic products and driving brand advocacy. You will be key in unleashing and maximising the potential opportunity that lies in the experience our advisors create for customers. Your role will be to work closely with advisors, stores, areas and regional leaders to maximise the commercial opportunity for our stores. You will provide expert beauty leadership for the brand.

What you’ll be doing day to day.

The role of Regional Business Manager is to work across the region to support them in maximising their commercial opportunity.

You will lead and support advisors in stores to create fantastic experiences ‘The No7 Way’ every day for every customer. Responsible for delivering targets across your region, you will work closely with store and area teams helping them interpret targets and achieve them.

You will build great relationships with store, area and regional leaders and support them in agreeing their plans and commitments to achieve their ambition.

How will you do it?

You will spend the majority of your time in stores with the advisors supporting and challenging them in achieving their targets in sales and other targets set by the company.

You will spend time coaching and working alongside the advisors to be exemplar with customer experience ‘The No7 Way’ giving them feedback and guidance.

You will work closely with store, area and regional leaders supporting them in leading their teams ‘The No7 Way’ and achieving their brand targets. You will need to build brilliant relationships with people at all levels to influence, realise and maintain brand standards.

What you’ll need to have.

We are looking for really great leaders who are advocates of our No7 brand and have a passion for selling. You will have at least 1 year of leadership experience and ideally in a remote management role. You will understand how to inspire, engage and motivate from afar.

It is a unique opportunity to work closely with our store advisor teams, our store, area and regional leaders and our brand team at the support office. You will have had experience working in retail environments, leading people and be great at building relationships. You will have the ability to influence others and feel confident in holding the tension with leaders in the region. You will be able to analyse targets and results and lead teams of people to achieve them.

Travel will be required.
