HR Systems Analyst

Our HR systems team sits in the heart of the HR and supports the efficient and effective running of the businesses HR systems and processes, particularly those in Recruitment. The HR Systems Analyst will operate as the one point of contact for all changes impacting HR Operations which will drive continuous improvement to enhance our future performance.


• Act as HR Technology Lead and SME for assigned project workstreams with a focus on Recruitment
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, and our ATS partner Infinite Talent (Formerly Kenexa) to drive system improvements
• Act as first point of contact for technical queries. Where required, communicate technical issues internally using relatable non-technical speak to bring concepts to life and inform decision-making
• Lead on delivery of approved system change projects, to include gathering stakeholder requirements, impact assessing proposals
• SME for any new HR technology implementation / development projects
• Continuously seek ways to optimise and streamline system usage
• Produce ad-hoc Recruitment reports as requested in a timely manner to support business decision making


• Previous experience working in a HR Systems or Analyst role
• Good knowledge of HR technology and current trends
• High level of proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel
• Proven experience of interpreting data
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with ability to communicate effectively at all levels
