Change Assistant – Pharmacy Operations

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Change Assistant within the Pharmacy Operations team. This role will be to provide administration support to enable the implementation of multiple initiatives designed to create a simpler and more efficient operating platform for our pharmacy teams as part of our plans to transform pharmacy.
As part of the Pharmacy Operations team this fast-paced function builds great relationships with our pharmacy teams to ensure they can meet the ever-changing needs of our patients and customers. This role will play a key part in how we shape the delivery of our strategic plan for pharmacy.

About the opportunity

You will be a key part of the team responsible for implementing new initiatives designed to simplify and improve the operational processes for our pharmacy teams in store, ensuring that the patient, customer & colleague experience is at the heart of what we do. You will deliver these accountabilities by working collaboratively across the Support Office and with field & store teams.

• Create and maintain implementation schedules for the multiple changes initiatives
• Provide comprehensive, accurate and up to date advice guidance to our pharmacy teams
• Create and maintain project plans in support of delivering multiple change initiatives
• Work collaboratively with colleagues in the Support Office & Stores organisation to share to help resolve issues, improve current processes, land new processes
• Ensuring queries are responded to in a timely manner and control of day to day communications are followed through the correct channels
• Work closely with operational field teams to share insights and support stores

About you

• Administration skills including use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Office
• Excellent Communicator both verbal and written
• Ability to break complex processes into simple steps
• An ability to work to demanding schedules
• Comfortable working as part of a team or autonomously
