As Assistant Marketing Manager at Boots Ireland, the successful candidate will be responsible for the planning and execution of innovative marketing and PR campaigns to drive revenue for the beauty and skincare brands within Boots’ Global Brand category as well as leading PR initiatives for Boots seasonal campaigns i.e. Christmas, Summer, etc. You will also support the Marketing Manager for Beauty for some of our key focus areas within the business.

Key responsibilities:
No7:
• Managing the planning and delivery of marketing and PR campaigns to support the development and growth of No7 in Ireland
• Ownership of No7 Marketing budget – monthly reporting on same
• Managing media agency to deliver ATL & digital campaigns to support No7
• Managing PR agency to deliver excellent media coverage for No7 all year round and in particular in line with campaigns and NPD launches
• Managing / sourcing of all social media content for No7 in Ireland
• Working closely with category and brand teams to maximise opportunities in Ireland
• Managing the delivery of on-going research for No7 in Ireland
• Maximising local events & sponsorship opportunities to accelerate No7 in Ireland
• Weekly and monthly reporting on all campaigns to share with internal teams
Global Brands:
• Planning and execution of marketing and PR campaigns to drive growth on key brands within the Global Brands portfolio in Ireland including but not limited to the following;YourGoodSkin™, Soap & Glory, Sleek, Liz Earle and Soltan).
• Working in partnership with global brand teams to maximise market share and share of voice
• Making the most of a small budget to maximise participation in Ireland
Boots Seasonal Campaigns:
· Develop PR strategy within assigned budget for key seasonal campaigns i.e. Christmas, Summer, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s and Father’s Day as well as key commercial events/promotions (Love Island, Glow Up Ireland)

Experience / Capabilities Required:
· Educated to degree level (Marketing degree favourable)
· Minimum of 2-3 years marketing or PR experience required, preferably within a health & beauty retail business
· Strong knowledge of beauty market and media/influencer landscape in Ireland and UK
· Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns and PR launches
· Should be able to demonstrate genuine interest in the beauty industry
· Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
· Must be a highly organised, adaptable and motivated individual
· Comfortable with a high level of initiative and a clear focus ondelivering results
· Ability to work well with a number of cross functional, international teams
· Ability to make data driven decisions and recommendations
· Business evaluation/reporting in a timely manner
· Must be flexible and available to attend launch/sponsorship events out of office hours
· Some travel to the UK required, and to our stores for key launches
