About the opportunity

Working in the Central Operations team, you’ll be supporting the Premium Beauty Propositions Manager to deliver a cost-effective Premium Beauty Colleague Model by reviewing sales, colleague productivity and cost to sales ratio whilst maintaining a robust PO and invoicing process. You will enjoy analysing data and interpreting it to make recommendations on how to optimise the Colleague Model and help deliver the agreed Premium Beauty sales targets.

• Responsible for reviewing, inputting and maintaining accurate Premium Brand colleague agreements into finance system
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure Beauty brand and Boots colleague agreements are reflected in our store budgets
• Effectively communicate to our leadership teams and shops changes to Colleague agreements
• Manage and maintain invoicing process to ensure all costs are in line with brand agreements and budgets
• Ensure Boots and Suppliers are paid correctly and on time
• Provide accurate sales and productivity data for internal and external meetings and make recommendations
• Prepare data presentations for internal and external quarterly meetings for Premium Beauty
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders (including Trading, Loss, field teams and Premium Brands)

About you

• You’ll need to have intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Systems proficient – You must be able to use Excel, have a strong understanding of formulas, data collation and presentation of data. Good working knowledge of other key systems such as (Outlook, Atlas TM1, PowerPoint, Word)
• Customer and colleague focused
• Strong commercial understanding with ability to analyse and interpret data sets
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence effectively
• Able to deliver at pace
