Copywriter - B-Hive

The Copywriter will be instrumental in providing a wide range of beauty, health, pharmacy and wellness advice and information to Boots customers across all digital channels. Working at the heart of Boots’ internal agency – The B-Hive – you will have the opportunity to work with numerous stakeholders across the business, developing expertise in the end-to-end digital journey.

About the opportunity

You will work with the Copy and Editorial Lead and the wider copy, content and production teams to create and deliver a wide range of copy across our digital channels, including:

• Creating a wide range of beauty, health, pharmacy and wellness copy in Boots style and tone of voice
• Writing customer and SEO-friendly copy that is informative, engaging and supports the digital customer journey
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business to deliver on brief
• Producing copy, in Boots style and tone of voice, which works with and supports UX and SEO principles
• Creating and updating pages within various content management systems

About you

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Digital copywriting skills and experience of writing for email, social media and web
• Experience of, or an interest in, beauty, health, pharmacy and wellness
• CMS experience (such as Adobe Experience Manager)
• An understanding of UX and SEO and their application to marketing copy
• Attention to detail, excellent organisation and communication skills, plus flexibility
