Assistant Marketing Manager – Beauty & Brand Partnerships

Sitting within the Beauty & Brand Partnerships team in the Loyalty Proposition Team, you’ll be responsible for nurturing customer relationships through developing, executing and evolving targeted marketing communications with our internal brand partner No7. You’ll also develop market leading CRM strategies aligned to brand and Loyalty objectives; delivering personalised beauty-led content inspiring our customers to feel good.

About the opportunity:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will work cross functionally with internal and external teams, including wider marketing, trading teams and brand managers to deliver the best customer communications whilst driving real commercial results for No7 Beauty Company. You will also work with our Insights team and external agencies to create and deliver best in class emails. It’s a busy role that requires a customer focused mind-set, strong communication skills, attention to detail and great organisation.

• Manage multi-channel (Email, Direct Mail, App Content) Loyalty campaigns to deliver Boots and No7 objectives. Responsible for copy and creative direction.
• Work closely with the data team to ensure effective targeting and continuous improvements in the use of our data.
• Develop and deliver CRM strategies for brands to retain existing, win back lapsed and acquire new customers, including integration in a brand new My Beauty platform.
• Produce clear, concise and insightful briefs to ensure clear direction.
• Drive KPI performance including channel engagement and incremental sales – being ambitious for brand performance with a test and learn attitude.

About you:

• Excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• A creative individual with a customer-first mind set.
• Working in marketing and preferably 121 and/or digital environment with experience in Email and Direct Mail and familiar with emerging CRM technologies.
• Passionate about Boots and our customers and keen interest in beauty and skincare.
• Proactive in finding solutions not problems.
