Global Ecommerce Development and Operations Manager

This role will be the technical product owner for Liz Earle website and other digital integrations. You will lead the team in the identification, prioritisation & delivery of new features and enhancements to support the wider digital team objectives and help the brand achieve relevant KPIs.

About the opportunity:

Reporting to the Digital Director - No7 Beauty Company, you will be an all-round technical digital expert who puts customer experience at the heart of everything we do. You will have opportunity to work across multiple brands and take the technical lead with our external development teams to deliver new initiatives and enhancements. There are some exciting new initiatives underway and you will be a pivotal team member in the delivery and ongoing success of these. The role will work cross functionally with our Marketing, Digital and IT teams.

About you:

• Excellent technical web development knowledge
• Proven eCommerce experience
• Strong communication skills
• Previous line management experience
• Strong UX skills
• Work with IT and Digital teams to identify and prioritise enhancements on the roadmap
• Good at translating business needs into solution requirements for development and test teams
• Work with third partly development teams to ensure correct & suitable approaches for enhancements and fixes are being taken
• Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and implementation of tags through Google Tag Manager/Adobe Launch
• You will work with our CRO manager and Frontend Developer to identify opportunities and implement new experiences via Adobe Target
• You will take the technical lead on third party integrations such as Bazaarvoice, OneTrust (CMP) etc.
• Good knowledge of GDPR and other ecommerce related regulations
• You will support the content and merchandising teams with best practice knowledge of how to use the CMS tools and ensure they have the tools and capabilities to implement their campaigns
• Support the project teams in the verification of defects and enhancements before go-live

Desirable:

• Experience in the following:
o Salesforce Commerce Cloud and other CMS, GTM
o Adobe experience platform: (Adobe Experience Manager, Analytics, Target, Campaign, Launch)
o JavaScript, HTML, CSS
o OneTrust (CMP)
o CRM and Data
