An exciting opportunity has arisen in FP&A within the No7 Beauty Company, for a finance analyst to join the team primarily focused on the Global Marketing function. This role will really add value by cutting through the numbers and creating efficiencies in month-end processes, analysis and reporting to drive key strategic and investment decisions.

Reporting into the senior finance manager in FP&A, the role offers a chance to closely partner with stakeholders of all levels within the marketing business and marketing finance teams as well as benefitting from being part of the wider FP&A team covering all functions and entities within the No7 Beauty Company, WBA Global Sourcing and Consumer Healthcare Futures. There is also ample scope for development of yourself and the role, as we continue to evolve reporting and ways of working to reflect our updated organisational structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Finance owner of monthly cost management and monthly reporting to key stakeholders, including both Global Brands stakeholders and Group level stakeholders
• Support forecasting and Budgeting processes, providing key challenge and analysis
• Create, prepare and analyse key business reports in a timely and accurate manner, as well as reporting on initiatives as they are implemented by the business
• Provide business partnering and education to our non-finance colleagues, improving financial awareness
• Assist on strategic projects on an ad hoc basis to support with financial analysis
• Proactively identify and implement improvements to processes and procedures, contributing to continuous business improvement and efficiencies

A bit about you…

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across Global counterparts but also senior stakeholders both within the No7 Beauty Company and across the group
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with and reconcile complex data sets, with attention to detail
• Good knowledge of Excel and finance systems (previous experience of SAP, Planning Analytics and Power BI being an advantage)
• Willingness to challenge the status quo and work with a “continuous improvement” mind set, both within FP&A and the wider finance team, developing yourself and others
• Capable of communicating clearly, both verbally and through written commentary to finance and non-finance colleagues
• Drive to develop yourself through an active PDP and actively studying for an accountancy qualification
