Delivery & Operations Manager - Technology

We are looking for a talented and dedicated individual to join No7 Beauty Company Business a Technology Platform and Products Delivery & Operations Manager within the No7 Beauty Company Business Technology team.

This role will strategically oversee the delivery of all programmes, projects and own the backlog for platform and products platform, partnering with business technology managers and product managers / owners, governing delivery plans and release management of all production deployments and live service operations of the portfolio. The role will ensure for the delivery of a portfolio of projects on for No7 beauty company technology roadmap, ensuring internal and external delivery teams complete and transition to BAU on time and in full, to agreed contracted milestones and deliverables.

The role will have the autonomy to put in place fit for purpose delivery and platform and product management methodologies and work directly with business technology mangers to manage this pipeline.

About the opportunity

• Responsible for creating, delivering & governance management of the cross-functional portfolio plan.
• Working with your team and the community around you connect all the dots, finding synergies and dependencies across the portfolio.
• Assuring the determination of how programmes and projects interconnect with regards to data, functionality, processes and delivering cross functional goals and use cases in partnership with architecture.
• Responsible for the overall delivery, BAU service plans and associated budget assurance with the continued delivery and running of products/platforms once in BAU in partnership with the business technology management team.
• Able to delivery and move from programmes and projects to products and platform delivery.
• Core understanding of change management and benefits realisation/value to the business through technology implementation/delivery and on-going management.
• Guide the team’s process evolution to improve the team’s efficiency and quality of improvements through retrospectives and promote continuous improvement.

About you

• Experience delivering and leading Technology and business change programmes and projects and have a good understanding of delivering transformation projects.
• Cross-functional understanding CPG related technology programmes, Data initiatives, Marketing Supply and Commercials technology programme / project delivery.
• Experience of managing cross-functional and partner teams in multiple locations and geographies.
• Awareness of Product Management & Agile delivery principles.
• Experience of the full project lifecycle.
• Experience managing an operational platform or service for business users.
