Digital Learning Manager – No7 Beauty Company

The role

This is a unique opportunity for a digital learning specialist to lead the digital learning agenda, specifically:

• Partnering with our LXP provider to manage and develop our new digital learning platform.
• Maintaining and evolving the learning platform and infrastructure to ensure learning content is easy to find and works as expected
• Leading the creation of all our digital learning content, both internal and externally created.

Located within the UK based L&D team, you’ll have responsibility for a global audience, supporting stakeholders in the UK, US, Asia and Latin America. You’ll manage the day to day administration of the learning platform to deliver content to learners globally; manage data and produce accurate reporting and analysis to drive improvements and evaluation of learning.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring our learning content conforms to key eLearning standards including development methodologies, usability and accessibility, whilst keeping up to date with modern trends.

You’ll also bring learning to life by overseeing the design of engaging and interactive learning on a variety of subjects, using photography, illustrations and animations to enhance learning, developing your own ideas for new interactions and activities with global learners in mind.

What you’ll bring

• Passion for and knowledge of learning technologies with previous experience of administering an LMS/LXP platform
• Knowledge and understanding of learning design principles, including validation and evaluation techniques
• Experience of using eLearning authoring tools, e.g. Articulate 360 Suite
• Experience of graphic design using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Creative thinking and a passion for innovation
• Ability to manipulate, interpret and analyse data
• Experience of animation or video production would be an advantage
• Experience of using data or analytical tools would be an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholder and adaptability to work with people from different cultures
• Project management and collaboration skills
