Finance Manager – Commercial

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager – Commercial. You will be working within the Finance Business Partnering pillar, working closely with the commercial buying teams to maximise performance, provide decision support, and hold the teams to account supporting the delivery of our trading plans. This is a fantastic opportunity to really make an impact with senior stakeholders in both trading and finance as well as across the wider business.

About the opportunity

• Provide financial support to the Commercial teams with a focus on capital investment within the Beauty area.
• Ownership of the end to end financial performance within areas of responsibility
• Bring insight, challenge and influence to areas of responsibility, contributing to key business decisions, bringing a wider business/market perspective
• Engaging with business partners across function, ensuring understanding and alignment of monthly results, financial forecasts, budgets and 3YP
• Create, prepare and analyse key business reports in a timely and accurate manner, as well as reporting on initiatives as they are implemented by the business

About you

A qualified finance professional (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) with related finance business partnering experience and the ability to work and communicate effectively with key individuals of all levels across the business. You will need to demonstrate:

• Excellent communication, relationship-building and people leadership skills, in order to inspire, effect change and drive successful processes and performance
• Ability to think strategically, review, and use analytical skills to understand the bigger picture whilst having good attention to detail
• High energy and resilience, with ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure
• A good knowledge of Excel and strong SAP skills would be advantageous
