Overview of the role:

As part of the UK’s No1 beauty brand, you’ll help to deliver best-in-class content Globally for our social and digital channels. Reporting into the Global Content Manager, you’ll be a part of the wider Global Brands team, assisting in creative asset production and be responsible for delivering to our markets around the world. You’ll help ensure our brand shows up in a vibrant, engaging, industry-leading way across our social and digital channels.

About the opportunity:

Highly knowledgeable of the social landscape, this is an amazing opportunity for a content enthusiast with a keen eye for detail and the beauty industry to make their mark on a leading brand. As part of the role, you’ll be responsible for the following:

• Work collaboratively with both internal and external agencies on monthly ‘business as usual’ content shoots from brief writing through to post production and toolkit delivery
• Be able to manage multiple briefs at one time as well as be reactive to social trends
• Support owning the Global content calendar ensuring markets needs are included as well as brand support on culturally relevant content throughout the year e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day etc.
• Have a finger on the pulse with all social platform updates, bringing new and innovative content ideas/ways of thinking, while still being in line with brand BVI
• Work closely with the wider Content Centre of Excellence team on globally lead platforms to ensure we’re utilising to the fullest across markets
• Be the asset management champion, ensuring content is delivered and available for all markets in full and on time
• Engage and collaborate with the wider brand and product teams on new launches to inform briefs and ideas

About you:

Are you super passionate about social and love all things beauty? In addition to the above, the following experience/capabilities would be highly advantageous:

• You have an exceptional eye for detail, with experience in own content creation being a bonus
• A proven ability to interpret social data to inform content ideas and creation
• You have a thorough understanding of all social and digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube, TikTok) – organic and paid media preferred
• You’re an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to interact with senior stakeholders
