Stores Communication Assistant
6 month fixed term secondment opportunity

This role will support with communications to stores and field colleagues, ensuring they are accurate, timely and relevant. This will involve regular checks that content on internal channels (e.g. BootsLive and MyHub) is up to date and current. This is a full time role, working 37.5 hours weekly within a team that provides cover 8am–5pm Monday to Friday (with occasional out of core hours working required).

About the opportunity

• Ensure all content is accurate, current and updated in line with the Content SLA
• Ensure internal channels (BootsLive and MyHub) governance principles are communicated and upheld by all stakeholders
• Regularly check and update user lists
• Ensure the BootsLive calendar and MyHub mission are populated in line with the activity plan

About you

• Excellent relationship building and networking skills. Able to engage and influence stakeholders across the business
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work at pace and demonstrate agility now and in the future
• Effective communication skills providing clarity to stores at all times
• Competent on key IT programmes
• A strong understanding of stores, operational and commercial activity (optional)
• Knowledge and experience of design programmes such as InDesign (optional)
