Senior Manager - Network Portfolio and Build

Joining the Network Services team, you will be responsible for the assurance of programme delivery by our partner organisation. In this role you will also be improving our process and transforming the way we operate. The ideal candidate will be somebody who can demonstrate a strong delivery focus in challenging environments.

About the opportunity

• This role is part of the senior management team and so the successful candidate would be a leader as well as a manager
• Review the operating model and supporting process delivering the necessary improvements to improve network service delivery to the business
• Develop the roadmap to evolve the network estate, organisation and service delivery activity within this area
• Take accountability for the delivery of network services across a portfolio of projects and programmes including line management of project and programme managers

About you

• Delivery focussed
• Network experience across different technologies
• Able to unravel complex problems, identify a solution and then manage to successful completion
• Senior Management experience
• Flexible approach that can successfully navigate a complex organisation
• Previous experience working in an international environment and across different cultures
• Programme Management and organisational skills
• Experience of managing teams including motivating, mentoring and developing individuals
• Strong stakeholder management skills, good at building relationships
