As a Supply Manager you will be involved in the delivery and implementation of our supply business plans.

The Supply team offer training and continuous coaching and support throughout. You will also feel motivated and valued. Great team spirit is very obvious within this area. About the opportunity

• Leading, empowering and inspiring teams to be high performing
• Responsible for delivery of the supply stock and service KPI’s relevant to their team
• Technical expert in their functional team, using this to support the growth and improvement in their functional teams KPI’s
• Influencing business decisions that impact on supply KPI’s
• Continually looking for ways to improve their teams performance and KPI’s.
• Challenging the status quo and driving change forward
• Leading the vision/strategy for their team. Supporting and shaping the annual plan
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders/functions/suppliers and holding them to account to support their teams priorities
• Coach and develop individuals to perform to their best to deliver business and personal objectives

About you

• Have experience of being a selfless, inspiring manager who leads with pace and sets clear and high expectations for their team within a safe, supportive environment.
• Ideally you will have supply or supply chain experience.
• You must be analytical and organized, able to work and deliver at pace. Excellent attention to detail, using facts and data to make informed decisions.
• Have a change management mindset, confidence to try new things and consistently looking to save time and prioritise key processes and activities
• The ideal candidate is has effective communication, the ability to influence and challenge others, whilst also being able to build strong internal and external relationships.

**Please note- candidates will be required to pass an SHL Numerical reasoning test as part of the assessment criteria for this role before any offers can be made**
