Supply Planning Manager

A fantastic opportunity to join our Global Supply Planning team. This role is responsible for managing the supply of our exciting brands which include No7, Sleek, Botanics & Your Good Skin brands across all of our Regions.

About the opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Supply Planning, your role will to lead a small team of Supply Planners to determine the best way to fulfil the customer requirements created from our demand plan, working with our vendor base to drive world class availability whilst meeting financial commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of supply planners responsible for short, medium and long-term planning to maximize stock availability, optimize inventory and deliver financial commitments
• Lead monthly supply review within the S&OP business process, focussing on supportability of global demand plan by Brand and by region, highlighting constraints and choices
• Influence key stakeholders responsible for introducing new and exciting products into the No7 Beauty company portfolio in order to drive flexibility, reactivity and reliability within the supply chain
• Own the inventory plan, ensuring that our inventory meets financials targets, provide projections and take lead on continuous improvement projects to drive inventory optimisation & maximise availability
• Part of the Supply Chain Extended Leadership Team, you will work hand in hand with internal and external teams to ensure excellence in operational execution
• Improve the health of inventory through driving action to reduce and clear Excess & Obsolete stocks
• Developing relationships, actively collaborate & challenge vendor performance to drive availability.

About you

• Strong background in supply chain management, ideally within a CPG environment
• Customer centric in your approach, seeing service as a priority
• Uses data and analytics to focus on sustainable results, driven by commitment to continuous improvement
• ‘Make it happen’ approach with operational excellence and agility to deliver results whilst controlling risk
• Is highly collaborative with strong commercial awareness
• Strong people management skills, ability to deliver results by empowering your team, providing performance related feedback and challenging, mentoring and coaching individuals
