We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Healthcare Recruitment team at Boots. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join us at the Boots Support Office as a Recruitment Resourcer. This role will be to identify and engage the very best in pharmacy talent in the market place.

This is a fixed term opportunity for 6 months

Key Responsibilities

• Working closely with our team of Recruiters to establish the candidate requirements for our key vacancies & also define the appropriate areas in which to source potential candidates for these role
• Sourcing external candidates via direct sourcing, head hunting, referrals etc utilising the most cost effective methods i.e. Job boards, LinkedIn, Social media etc
• Use a number of internal tools to identify potential candidates e.g. data mining candidates on our recruitment system (Kenexa), analysing our leavers reports and transferring this information into a database/talent pool
• Actively networking and engaging with potential candidates establishing a great customer relationship, have a clear and regular communication plan with them and being a key advocate of the Boots UK Brand
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates – capturing key information from candidates. Creating a clear and regular communication plan for these individuals and adhering to SLAs.
• Work effectively with high volume recruitment to pre-defined targets , SLAs and track key information to provide key MI to inform our recruitment and sourcing strategy
• Being an active member of the team and working on projects that aid our attraction strategy
• Be highly active on social media and help engage the stores to be active to help with attraction.

How will you do it?

• Firstly, you will have a candidate centric mind-set at all times and be an advocate of Boots UK. You will be the first personal interaction that a potential candidate has with the company and how you present yourself will be key to shaping first impressions. You will be professional, engaging and knowledgeable in the chosen area of recruitment.
• You will proactively build and maintain strong relationships with the potential candidate and your key stakeholders. Gaining and using external candidate and market insights to inform our attraction, sourcing and recruitment strategies
• You will be pro-active and work on own initiative in a fast paced environment with a strong delivery mind-set

• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• Being able to effectively prioritise workload
• Experience of working in a fast paced environment
• Previous experience or a desire to work in a recruitment environment
