About you:

• Significant studio production experience across live event planning and delivery, including lighting, camera operation, post-production video and audio editing, art direction and knowledge of virtual event platforms.
• Experience with a full range of studio equipment, particularly Sony PXW FX-9 cameras, LED video walls, Barco E2/S3 presentation switchers and vMix live production & streaming software.
• A fresh thinker, with an interest in the latest digital technology and trends within content production and storytelling, thriving in a creative environment and comfortable handling multiple projects and demands at pace.
• A strong track record of leading, inspiring and motivating a team, managing the creative output of videographers, writers and designers meeting a wide range of fast-moving briefs from across the business.
• Detail oriented with excellent organisational, time management and client engagement skills, with proven ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships.
