Your experience in Pharmacy Dispensing or Pharmacy Operations could be exactly what we are looking for in the Pharmacy User Acceptance Test Team, part of Pharmacy Operations, as we are looking for two individuals to join the team as UAT Test Analysts.

The Pharmacy UAT Team support multiple programmes, providing end user insight throughout the delivery. So, whether it is the latest features being developed for the Columbus Pharmacy Management System or the next Digital Pharmacy Service to be launched, the Pharmacy UAT Test Team support from inception through to operational implementation.

Pharmacy UAT Test Analysts play a crucial role in the services we provide, utilising their experience and skills to represent our colleagues and customers by Testing Through the Users Eyes!

Thanks to the range of transformation programmes the team support, we are looking for individuals from multiple backgrounds and with various experiences to complement the existing team members. So, whether from store with Pharmacy experience, from the Support Office with Operational background or someone looking to take their first steps in to technical career path, the Pharmacy UAT Team could be for you.

About the opportunity

• Participate in business change assessments to establish the impact of the proposal on the Pharmacy Operation and Customers.
• Using the appropriate test design documents, capture details of realistic Pharmacy Operation / Customer Journey scenarios.
• Utilising formal test documentation and wider Pharmacy Operation / System / Customer Journey knowledge, perform testing of Pharmacy Software / Hardware for each planned change.
• Through clear and proactive communication with stakeholders, progress issues through to resolution or acceptance by an appropriate individual.
• Assist, identify and implement improvements to UAT, Pharmacy and Retail processes, specifically in the areas of efficiency and effectiveness.

• Strong Analytical, Attention to Detail and Fault-Finding Skills
• Passionate about Continually Improving the Pharmacy Experience
• Computer Literate – With a willingness to develop these skills further
• Pharmacy Dispensing / Operational Experience (Pharmacy / Care Services / Hospital) – Highly Desirable
