Learning Specialist - Design & Delivery
The Boots UK L&D team is looking for a creative and customer focussed Learning Specialist. In this key role, you’ll be, designing and delivering brilliant learning solutions that help our colleagues to deliver fantastic care to our customers and business.

Key Responsibilities
• Project manage, design, and deliver high-quality, insight-led learning solutions that make a positive difference to our team members and business performance across stores, support office, and supply chain.
• Facilitate engaging, learner-led development sessions virtually and in-person to a range of delegates across the business.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships across Boots UK and the wider HR and L&D functions internally and with key networks externally to gather insights and join up thinking and ideas to deliver creative solutions for all learners.
• Own the cycle of learning development on specific projects from learner insights and scoping through to evaluation and renewal ensuring design fits the needs of the learner and the business and bringing fresh, new ways to do this.
• Continuously develop your knowledge and skills and help others to grow their capability.

A bit about you…
• A creative thinker with a passion for getting things right for the learner, but who can be pragmatic to deliver in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• A confident facilitator and presenter in both virtual and in-person environments who can inspire groups to stretch thinking and develop new skills and behaviors. You’ll also be constantly looking for new and innovative ways to bring classrooms to life, increasing the impact and application of learning.
• Obsessed with user experience, you’ll be able to see the world through learners’ eyes and develop solutions that are engaging and relevant to them.
• A strong appetite to develop your digital design skills to be able to create insight-led learning solutions for a varied audience using tools such as InDesign, Rise, and video.
• Constantly curious about new ways of doing things.
• Great project management, influencing, and communication skills across a range of stakeholders.
• Experience of measuring the business impact of projects.
• You’ll be passionate about ensuring learning is an inclusive experience and keen to innovate and adapt where needed to ensure everyone can easily access and take advantage of our offer.
