R&D Consumer Research Study Manager

The No7 Beauty Company Research Team conducts consumer studies in order to build insights, test new ideas, technologies, products and services. We either work with our panel of 80K UK consumers or with research partners globally. Working as a Consumer Research Study Manager, you’ll design, organise and supervise your own studies with panellists that demonstrate our skin care innovation delivers real results that our customers love. In this role you will work with other members of the R&D team, in particular those responsible for the product design, PR and advertising claims.

About the opportunity

  • You will be our ‘go-to’ for consumer research studies from creating the study designs, writing the questionnaires through to processing the data and identify trends and insights
  • Manage both internal and external studies with our research partners
  • Present clear conclusions and recommendations in an engaging way.
  • Look for global opportunities with new partners to build technical breadth and expertise in product testing

About you
  • You will have a masters degree in study research methods with data analytics
  • Hands on experience of quantitative and familiarity with qualitative research. Strong background working across survey design, writing questions, running trials and the ability to analyse large sets.
  • Preferably experience with agencies or market research companies, managing research briefs and contracts.
  • The ability to prioritise a varied workload appropriately, manage your own time and plan a schedule of work to clear deadlines
  • Strong written skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all stakeholders, presenting work in engaging visual formats.
  • A high degree of initiative and the ability to work systematically and independently is expected.
