The Testing and Diagnostics Team have been supporting the Covid Testing initiative through the pandemic and are continuing to evolve the customer proposition. We are a fast paced and dynamic team with a passion with services delivered in an accessible community pharmacy setting. The Technical Support Specialist will manage and respond to store operational and clinical queries for testing and diagnostic services.

About the opportunity

• Managing complaints and incidents whilst acting as a point of contact for the CSC and field teams.
• Supports the work of the Quality Operations Manager by offering project support.
• Able to work flexibly across a calendar week whilst supporting as part of the Pharmacy Support Helpdesk.
• Supports out of hours call handling.

About you

• Operationally strong, you are able to grasp store operational and clinical processes quickly and a subject matter expert are able to give stores the correct guidance needed.
• Keeping the customer at the heart of everything you do, you are able to effectively manage queries, complaints and incidents whilst demonstrating excellent customer care.
• Are able to offer project support to the Quality Operations Manager by minuting meetings, baselining documentation and keeping reports up to date.
• A strong communicator, you are able to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
