Liz Earle Commercial Admin Assistant

You’ll be part of the Liz Earle Commercial team, supporting the National Account Managers across Boots, John Lewis and e-commerce with internal and customer admin requirements. You’ll be a key member of the team, liaising with cross functionally to ensure that we land our commercial plans with executional excellence. The role will give the individual outstanding exposure to the commercial function. We are looking for a hungry and enthusiastic individual who wants to develop a successful career in Account Management. The role is based out of Nottingham, with travel to London and Isle of Wight as required. You will be responsible for:

Sales and Inventory Reporting

• Weekly and mid-week sales tracking: distributing links to stores, collating information and updating reports to send out to wider business
• Store and product level stock reports, collating data, identifying trends and making recommendations
• Adhoc data collation and reporting
• Ensuring effective communication and coordinated activity between brand and field sales team

Retailer New Line and Promotional Set-up

• Coordinating New Line Forms, responsible for completion by deadline. Responsible for cost price, RRP and volume allocation
• Promotional Nominations; secondary sites, parenting club, etc
• Liaising with Supply Chain and Finance to ensure they provide required information within specified deadlines
• Coordinating adhoc queries from retailers such as catalogue or category requests. Coordination with CSC, formulation and brand

Stock Management

• Managing store stock queries: Manage field & store team queries & feedback.
• Forecast store allocations for promotions
• Point of contact for store and field sales teams
• Liaising cross functionally to ensure stock returns are processed and approved within specified timelines (RGAs)
• Updating and amending pricing in Sage system for orders: Sales Order Processing price updates, NPD pricing, Monthly order updates and SKU level pricing updates
• Manage product changes & discontinuations, as well as pricing accuracy & changes on relevant systems. Communicate these to 3rd party retailers as & when required
• Working with the orders team to ensure orders forms are up to date and alterations are made where necessary
• Hold regular catch-up meetings with order & CSC teams to ensure any risks & arising issues are mitigated in a timely manner. Ensuring effective communication between CSC, orders & National Accounts
• Analyse weekly stock reports to ensure best OSA in line with both internal and 3rd party processes

Store Visits

• Complete weekly store visits to review set up of commercial activity, produce summary reports and feedback to stakeholders

About you

• BSc/BA hons degree or equivalent is desirable
• A self starter; and someone who is keen to develop at pace
• No people management experience required, but collaborative team work skills are highly important
• Able to analyse, interpret & communicate key financial information in a timely manner often operating under high-pressure tight deadlines
• Ability to build strong network of contacts across the business both cross functionally and with retailers
