About the opportunity:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team that manages the UK’s most loved loyalty card, the Boots Advantage Card. A key player in the Boots Advantage Card team, you’ll be a strategic marketing lead for the scheme, owning our well-loved Quarterly Mailer (QM) which delivers personalised, targeted offers to millions of our loyal customers each year.

Reporting into the Advantage Card Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with our creative agencies, data analytics teams, trading category partners, finance teams and many others. This is a high-profile role with excellent opportunities to engage with key senior stakeholders across the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ownership of the creative for the QM, from brief through to sign-off, working with our creative agency to shape the creative direction of the mailer
• Management of the print and postage of the QM, working closely with our agency partners to ensure the mailings are delivered on time and within budget
• Working with our trading category partners to source as many offers as possible, to make the QM as personalised as possible
• Closely monitor and evaluate the results of the targeted offers for continuous improvement and optimisation, reporting against key KPIs.
• Developing a programme of emails to support the QM, and using the QM to drive digital engagement in non-digital customers

About you:

• You’ll have a strong marketing background, ideally with experience of print marketing, as well as digital marketing
• A solid grounding in using data to inform your campaigns and make optimisations
• An understanding of promotions/offers and how to deliver mass personalisation at scale
• Excellent relationship building with internal stakeholders and external agency partners
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Accuracy in checking work is important – strong attention to detail
• Commercially and financially aware
