Sitting within the Clubs team in the Loyalty Proposition Team, you’ll be responsible for developing the strategy and managing the delivery of a multi-channel Loyalty Beauty CRM programme – including the planning and delivery of Boots X. You’ll play an integral part of the Beauty Squad and develop market leading CRM strategies aligned to brand objectives; delivering personalised beauty-led content inspiring our customers to feel good.

About the opportunity:

You’ll work cross functionally with internal and external teams, to deliver the best customer communications whilst driving real commercial results. It’s a busy role that requires a customer focused mind-set, strong communication skills, attention to detail and great organisation.

• Manage multi-channel (Email, Social, App Content) Loyalty campaigns to deliver the beauty CRM programme for loyalty.
• Attend squad meetings and play an active part in strategy and delivery, representing the wider Loyalty team.
• Review insights with a test/learn approach to optimise results with continually improvement mind set.
• Manage agency and third parties to support beauty strategy and to deliver best in class beauty comms, producing clear, concise and insightful briefs to ensure agencies have clear direction.
• Drive KPI performance including channel engagement and incremental sales.
• Review current Beauty comms as a customer experience and assess commercial/customer impact and define opportunities.
• Develop Beauty Loyalty plan objectives and comms plan (working with agency and business stakeholders).
• Develop and deliver bespoke comms with Co-brand partners and for Corporate Content (eg Freebies, Offers).

• You’ll have multi-channel delivery expertise (email/DM/digital/social) and analytical understanding
