Finance Manager – Commercial

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager – Commercial. You will be working within the Finance Business Partnering pillar, the role exists to support the management of several Commercial wide areas including working capital and cash initiatives, supplier funding processes as well as the transformation agenda within the UK commercial team.

About the opportunity

• Provide financial support to the Commercial team with a focus on cash, working capital and transformation, and supplier initiatives.
• Create, prepare and analyze several key business reports in a timely and accurate manner, as well as reporting on initiatives as they are implemented by the business
• Support and champion performance analysis using models, tools, and techniques to identify opportunities and optimize sales and cash fundamentals
• Deliver training and education to our non-finance colleagues, improving financial awareness
• Provide governance, control, and stewardship to processes, investments, and financial management


About you
A qualified finance professional (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) with related finance business partnering experience and the ability to work and communicate effectively with key individuals of all levels across the business. You will need to demonstrate:
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Ability to manage competing priorities
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills, attention to detail, quality in all reporting
• Ability to influence and engage non-finance community
• A good knowledge of Excel and strong SAP skills would be advantageous
