Marketing Assistant – Value (Loyalty)

This is a really exciting opportunity to join the team that manages the UK’s most loved loyalty card; the Boots Advantage Card. You will sit within the Campaign Communications team in Customer Experience and Loyalty. This role is critical in aiding customer retention and driving significant revenue and footfall into our 2500 stores.

About the opportunity

The Marketing Assistant will service the Value Squad and is responsible for the planning and implementation of a value CRM programme. The key objective of this role is to deliver communications that ladder up to the Value Squad vision, whilst delivering against the wider Loyalty KPIs. Reporting to the Assistant Marketing Manager, you will work cross functionally with internal teams to:

• Deliver and optimise the Weekly Offers and Digital Offers email programmes
• Attend squad ceremonies to represent the wider Customer Experience team
• Support the delivery of seasonal campaigns during peak trading periods
• Review the success of the campaigns you deliver as part of the Value Squad

About you

• You should be passionate about Boots and our customers, with a natural ability to understand the customer and how to communicate effectively, keeping them at the heart of all campaigns
• Flexible, energetic and driven with excellent relationship building
• Commercially and financially aware, with a performance driven attitude to further push the development of channels
• Strong organisational and process skills, with the ability to juggle multiple complex projects through to completion with a strong eye for detail, all delivering right first time
• An ease to understand systems and pick up new processes. An understanding of the Adobe stack desired, but not mandatory.
