Regulatory Manager – Cosmetics

An exciting opportunity for a Cosmetics Regulator to join the Regulatory Team – Europe in WBA Global Sourcing. As Regulatory Manager – Cosmetics you will be joining a team of experienced and best in class Regulators to facilitate the delivery of Boots Owned Branded cosmetics to International Markets and lead Cosmetic Horizon Scanning and compliance activities.


About the opportunity
Reporting into Head of Regulatory – Europe you will work closely with our Technical Service Provider, the Product Delivery Team and Regulatory colleagues to stay at the forefront of changing Cosmetic Regulation, driving strategy for compliance activities in line with business direction.

You will have the unique opportunity to take products to our International Markets. Working closely with our International Retail partners and worldwide Regulatory experienced professionals to deliver our fantastic Boots Owned Brand range to existing and new markets.

You will be the key point of contact for Registrations of Cosmetic products in our International Markets as well as Trade and Regulatory Bodies.

You will thrive in an exciting environment with the ability to adapt priorities to the business requirements effectively.


About you

  • Demonstrated Cosmetic Regulatory track record, preferably with International market experience
  • Experience working in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
  • Great communication skills; coupled with the ability to guide and develop positive stakeholder relationships
  • Proactive, resolution driven attitude
