Overview of the role:


You will be a crucial part of the UK No7 Brand Team - the brand custodians in the UK market, managing and championing the brand and building strong activation plans for No7 that maximises both the short term and long-term value to the business.

About the opportunity:

You will have experience of building a deep understanding of local consumers, market & retailer insight and building excellent relationships with our internal commercial teams to help inform the No7 brand plan. You will need to inspire and support our internal teams to deliver brilliantly for No7, whilst ensuring that all activity is delivered against key deadlines and KPIS’s. You will have excellent working relationships with all agencies, particularly media and creative agencies and extensive experience executing performance marketing plans. You will also work in collaboration with our exclusive retailer on an ongoing basis to drive integration of brand plans. This is a high profile, fast paced role and requires someone who is motivated, tenacious and a real team player.

• You will help support the development of the UK Brand Plans and local IAPs, working cross functionally to gather insights to feed into the IAP process
• You will help support the fiscal year UK media strategy for No7 and activation of such
• You will lead all No7 ATL campaigns taking responsibility for media planning, creative adaptations, 360 channel activation, KPI’s, real time optimisations, reporting and M&E
• You will ensure that all activity is on budget and tracked accurately against fiscal year budgets
• You will have excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence on all levels
• You will lead a sub-team, role modelling authenticity, integrity, courage and humility and building a spirit of openness and trust to create a high performance culture and will also input into talent decisions and creating and adopting a coaching mind-set
