As part of the Operations Development team, the Project Manager will be accountable for opportunity development, business case development and delivery of key projects within the growing portfolio of change.

About the opportunity

• Identifying, shaping and delivering key projects within Operations Development
• Adhering to project management frameworks and standards within the team
• Continually assessing projects to ensure Risks and Issues are captured and understood

About you

• Strong Programme and Project Management experience
• Continuous improvement experience (ideally Lean Six Sigma)
• Experience of Retail, operating model, pharmacy and or supply chain preferable
• Commercial and strategic thinking
• Excellent relationship building, negotiating and networking skills, able to engage and influence senior stakeholders across the office and in store
• Ability to explain, simplify and communicate complex information concisely
• Ability to work at pace and demonstrate agility now and in the future
• A strong understanding of third-party contract management
• Previous experience of leading change programmes preferable
