Reward Manager

An exciting opportunity to join Boots as a Reward Manager who will be directly reporting to the Head of Reward. You will be entrusted to design and deliver Reward solutions, provide advice and expertise to senior leaders and imagine and create an affordable employee offer that attracts and retains the best talent

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and leaders across the businesses to support shaping and delivering the reward agenda, with particular focus on benefits & recognition
• Provide operational advice and reward expertise to leaders and HR Business Partners
• Design and deliver reward initiatives (e.g. flexible benefits and recognition, as well as supporting annual pay review cycles and bonuses) to budget and timescales
• Manage 3rd party supplier relationships, particularly payroll and benefits providers, ensure a high standard of timely service and hold suppliers to account
• Develop and maintain the external network, providing market insight to design and advice

A bit about you…

• Strong technical knowledge in Reward and related industry, and experience in collaborative working
• Highly professional and credible with excellent stakeholder management
• Experience in supporting and delivering a broad range of reward initiatives
• Experience in managing suppliers, projects, and budgets
• Strong practical understanding of pay legislation (NLW, Gender pay legislation, equal pay) and benefits compliance (tax reporting, salary sacrifice requirements)
• High-quality communication skills in writing, presentation, and day to day interactions
