About the opportunity

You will be delivering best in class for large groups, small cohorts, and on a 1-2-1 basis and use a combination of face-to-face, digital, virtual, and social platforms to deliver learning–all to an exceptional standard.
• Educate, inspire and create a competent army of beauty lovers through increasing capability while being fully inclusive
• Reinforce the standards for beauty in our stores, through leading by example and modeling excellence
• Partner with the Beauty Team to bring insights, communicate training needs and celebrate success
• Work in partnership with key stakeholders and teams to prioritize stores and learning needs and champion DE&I in beauty with forward-thinking and push boundaries
• Work flexibly across wide geography to meet the needs of the learner and the wider business. This may entail working cross-functionally, with the incumbent required to stay away from home

About you

• Training experience –highly skilled in delivering to large groups, smaller cohorts and 1-2-1
• Skilled in delivering learning through digital means (e.g. webinars, live online learning)
• Excellent presenter, coach, and facilitator, with the ability to manage large, disparate groups
• Store experience -desirable and beauty experience including a make-up application that will be digitally intuitive and flexible in delivery style
• Stakeholder management, effective time management, and a high degree of impact and influence
