WBA have launched WBA Digital & IT Solutions (Ireland) Limited, this exciting new CoE will manage the software service platform offering for the Pharmacy teams and will run software on a Software as a Service model.
The creation of this Center of Excellence allows WBA to establish an innovation hub for additional intellectual property projects in the future and now an opportunity for a IPCo Board Management Support to join and shape the Pharmacy Digital CoE.

About the opportunity

You will assist in building strong relationships between CoE and IPCo to ensure the successful coordination of management activities as well as supporting with managing backlogs, tracking changes to schedules, scope and budget. You will be responsible for:

Coordination of management activities between CoE and IPCo
Prepare executive reporting package for CoE leadership and IPCo Board meetings
Consolidate plans from Service Co.
Manage approvals with RPU for all Service Co. plans
Assist with issue resolution between IPCo and RPU


About you

Technical – Ability to accurately and thoroughly utilize office technology and to demonstrate practical knowledge of information management, e-mail management and privacy protection issues
Adaptability – Personal willingness and ability to work in, and adapt to change
