Portfolio QA Manager, WBA Digital & IT Solutions
WBA have launched WBA Digital & IT Solutions (Ireland) Limited, this exciting new CoE will manage the software service platform offering for the Pharmacy teams and will run software on a Software as a Service model.
The creation of this Center of Excellence allows WBA to establish an innovation hub for additional intellectual property projects in the future and now an opportunity for a Portfolio QA Manager to join and shape the Pharmacy Digital CoE.

About the opportunity

Reporting directly to the Product, Portfolio, Implementation & QA Director, this role is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of portfolio, demand and capacity management processes across the CoE. You will be responsible for:

Determining changes to schedule, scope or budget and propose solutions to technical issues between RPU and IPCo
Monitoring service provisioning and review acceptance criteria
Performing program quality assurance activities
Ensure test automation is leveraged to optimize the delivery of efficient quality processes
Manage program risks and mitigations based on established risk management plan

About you

QA experience to ensure functionality and correct any errors identified within the product
Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, including executive level
Experience diagnosing, isolating and resolving complex issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems
Experience developing functional requirements, testing, training and implementation
Able to define high-level application, relationships, flows, implementation of business processes and activities
Retail pharmacy experience, if possible
