Payroll Services Analyst

An exciting career opportunity to join Boots as a Payroll Services Analyst. You will be entrusted to support in delivering audit and compliance, new initiatives, analysing complex payroll queries/data, maintaining PeopleAdmin's various hierarchies, and supporting relevant payroll impacting projects.

About the opportunity

You will be managing expectation of your stakeholders - current employees, store and support office colleagues, project managers and 3rd parties. You will be directly reporting to the Finance Manager and working within a team.

• Complete key audit work in line with SOC1 compliance
• Create/Maintain the PeopleAdmin hierarchy in the system
• Develop effective relationships, communicating with third party service providers and key business stakeholders
• Actively contribute to the small to medium scale business projects, providing Subject Matter Expertise (SME), guidance and design input
• Raising purchase orders and process invoices relating to the external payroll provider

About you

• Previous Payroll experience of working in a payroll environment is desirable
• Experience in using Resource Link payroll system or PeopleAdmin
• You will need to be passionate about ensuring that we deliver quality solutions to our colleagues and stakeholders
• Enthusiastic individual who is equally comfortable working on their own or with others in the team to deliver great customer service
• Have good interpersonal skills, being approachable with the ability to build relationships and network on a variety of levels.
