The colleague in the role currently has secured promotion externally. Recruitment is critical to replace this colleague to support the eMAR transformation activity as part of the 3YP.

This is an exciting opportunity to support the continued growth of eMAR as part of our Care Services complete offer by managing the transition of care homes and care services stores from paper-based medication administration records to electronic records.

Key Responsibilities
• Project management of regional and national chain role out by supporting the planning and delivery of new processes into multiple care homes and stores
• Work with Care Home Management / Team, Store and Area Managers to understand and manage the impact of a change on the business
• Learn and understand new systems to enable the delivery of quality training to care home teams, stores, other Implementers, and appropriate colleagues
• Deal with issues raised locally, at the regional or national level. Record, monitor, and escalate as appropriate
• Assess the quality of implementation activity through audits and feedback. Assess and develop training material, operational processes, and implementation processes.

• Ability to build relationships, engage and influence others both internally and externally, at all levels
• Planning and project management skills and approach with an attention to detail, ensuring documentation is kept up to date
• Ability to work independently on a day to day basis whilst working closely with a wider field team
